1) Yuddha S. Bhandari
Volunteer Program Manager
He is an official person who designs and mange the programs for volunteers and other projects. He is the first person to reply all the inquiries through email or Telephone. He is also responsible to establish the relation with the national and international organization for the organization's betterment. He holds a Masters degree in Management specializing Marketing. He meets all volunteers at the airport before taking them to a guest house for rest. He then meets them to discuss which program would best fit their needs, previous experiences and personality. Mr. Sharma can be reached by his personal email too.

2) Santa Kumar Mahato
Placement /Field Officer.
He is a placement and field officer who looks after volunteers while they are in the placement area. He has lots of experience in tourism field. He also holds the position of secretary at Sristi Youth Club established for the Tharu people. He is also responsible to handle the projects designed for Tharu people to uplift their economic and social status.

3) Ashok Babu Pudasaini
Program Coordinator/Nepali Language Trainer
Ashok is the Program Co-coordinator. He holds masters degree in English and also involved in teaching profession. He has keen interest on social issues and community development. He has been working with CAS- Nepal for 5 Years and has lots of experience in teaching Nepali language and local cultural lessons. He has a very responsible position co-coordinating all of our volunteers and scheduling their training programs as well as matching each volunteers to a suitable project that will enhance their cultural education and fulfill their ambitions. |

4) Navaraj Dhakal
Supported Program Officer
He introduces volunteers with host families and farmers and also creates the sound environment for volunteers and other donor agencies to support in their desired fields. He also finds out the areas which are in need of financial support and expertise support. |

5) Bimala Subedi
Assitant Coordinator
She has been with this organization since its inception. She helps volunteers in different issues and assists every aspect of the organizational activities. |

6) Suresh Bastola (unknown)
Volunteer Guide/ Youth Mobilizer
Suresh is a young guy who mobilizes the youth in vollages. He is just 17 & has good spoken English. He studies in local college in village. He is also the chairman in the youth club of community. He is a very generous and supportive in all activities. |
